low speeds when I do a speed test
I have low speeds when I do a speed test. I have been doing some testing, and I think there are some issues.

I do apologize for the issues you are having with the internet service. Generally speaking the trace route looks okay the time for each hop is what is more important in the information and a request timed out does not necessarily mean there is an issue with the service.
I was able to find your account using your community information and there are no area issues and running tests to your modem and router are not finding any issues.
Please go to this link here to go through some troubleshooting steps to see if that helps with your slow speeds.
