Can Roku Pause and Rewind Live TV on Spectrum App?

I can pause and rewind live Spectrum App with Cloud DVR and Xumo control. I'm unable to do same with Roku Stream Stick 4k. Is this possible?

Currently Xumo devices with Cloud DVR are able to pause and rewind live TV, but that feature is in the process of being rolled out to all Cloud DVR customers on all devices, so it is upcoming for the Roku.
