Accessing new modems dashboard with ip address

I just upgraded my old router with a modem/router combination. On my old router, using a windows browser, I could use the ip link to access the dashboard where after logging in, I had access to all of its specifications. however on the new modem, when I enter its ip address, all I get is the option to download the app to my phone, after which it provides limited specifications. On the old, I could easily list the clients list, showing which devices were attached along with their ips. Now, having my mybooklive connected via ethernet, as it does not show as connected, I cannot find anywhere to troubleshoot the connection, having now lost 2TB of once accessible data.

Good afternoon @dave0judy,
Reviewing the account associated with your registry here, I see you have a separate modem and advanced wifi router. These devices are not accessible in the way you mentioned by logging in directly to the device. You do have access to see what devices are connected through your router along with the ability to manage advanced features of the router via the My Spectrum App as well as access it via our site. On our support pages, you can view features, how to manage devices and more. Both the website and app will list all connected and disconnected devices, along with device details and their IP address. For ethernet connected devices, I'm only showing one listed as Ooma Telo currently connected.
For your storage device, have you configured it's settings with the new router? It's likely it's getting a different IP address than the previous router and may need reset to get a proper connection with the new one. It may also help to reboot the modem, router and storage device while connected together if that's not yet been done. If other devices can connect to the same ethernet port and with the same ethernet cable, we'd typically refer you to the device manufacturer for additional assistance in getting a single device connected as we wouldn't be familiar with specific device configurations needed.1
