If you log into your Spectrum Account and click on the "More" with the three dots (…) you are taken to a Feedback Form for the website. You will be asked to provide a numerical rating for the website and give a detailed explanation. Please be specific about what you like or don't like about the website. For instance, on that Feedback Form state exactly what the problem is regarding the website. Examples might be:
1.) I find the site hard to navigate- explain why?
2/_ I can't find the information I am looking for. Explain what information?
3.) The site could use (give examples) of what the site needs to make navigation easier.
That feedback will go to the site developers. I have added a screenshot showing how to get to the feedback page.
