I want to have both address accounts on the same account

Can I do this? Also I need someone to go to my property to coonect the cable from outside the property to the inside

Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community!
If the accounts have different addresses in the billing system they would not be able to be connected. If they are just two lines at the same address you would need to call in to customer service at 1-855-707-7328 to see if they can setup the technician for that and inform you of any install fees that are a part of that.
