Sid came to my mom's place yesterday in St Pete FL at 2 and didn't leave til 6 because he insisted on finding out why we had tv and internet, and could call out but could not receive calls. He found he needed to replace the incoming line and modem, and after spending over two hours on the phone with customer support, we were so appreciative of Sids diligence and expertise.
