How many are having issues with Spectrum Internet continuing to buffer?? Been over a week now

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community! @Jetgirl. Can you provide answers to the following questions in order to assist further?

    1.) Do you lose Internet completely or just slowdowns?

    2.) Is the issue worse during a specific time of day or night or random?

    3.) Have you rebooted all Internet equipment?

    4.) Do you have any splitters connected to the equipment?

    5.) Have you had any service or equipment changes to the account within the past week?

    6.) If you bypass the router, do you get a consistent connection going directly to the modem?

    7.) Do you own or rent Spectrum Internet equipment?

    8.) When was your last service call to check your signals, equipment and lines?

    9.) How long does the buffering last when it occurs?

    10.) Any bad weather within the last week?

    11.) How old are the modem and router?
