    Welcome to the Community Forums. It is possible that you are not properly logged into the app. You can go into the settings on the app and select the sign out option. When the app opens again, it should ask you to log in with your Spectrum account. If this does not help resolve the issue, can you provide more details on your experience of trying to use the app?
