Why does my internet constantly go out?

I recently switched from T-Mobile home internet to Spectrum home internet and now my internet is constantly going out. I’d say it’s the weather but it happens on clear sunny days. At least with T-Mobile I could expect it to go out during bad weather but Spectrum just goes out randomly on nice days. In fact it out now. Been out for 5 hours now. I work from home and this has severely impacted my job in a negative way.
Please let me know what to do or what can be done. At this point I’m going to leave Spectrum and go back to T-Mobile for the more reliable service. Im not going to risk my job because of Spectrum’s poor service.

Sounds like compromised/worn cabling/connections/splitters somewhere along the run and need a technician to come inspect/test components.
