Why the constant problems with xumo live?

A Spectrum customer for a total of 3️⃣ days. Had a Xumo box that had to be returned and replaced because the spectrum app disappeared. Now I’m getting a program unavailable on a completely different Xumo device in a different room.. And last night internet connection crashed. It looks to be a very common issue with reading the other post. This is absolutely not acceptable.

Hi @Look, welcome to our community!
I'm sorry you are having so many problems right off the bat, I understand why that's frustrating. I've located your account and I can see all the Xumo are reporting very low bitrates, there is definitely an issue with the internet connection.
The modem is not reporting any issues, it's been online and has healthy signal strength. The one thing that stands out to me is our router is showing a device connected with an ethernet cable called "Netgear Orbi Router". I completely understand if you want to use your own router, but it should be in place of ours not in addition to it. It can cause problems just by being connected, but can also create radio interference especially if it's near our router and being used. I recommend disconnecting it (both power and ethernet cables), rebooting our modem and router, and test if you have any issues in the same room as the router.

Good Evening,
Due to Xumo being Internet dependent, I would first recommend rebooting the XUMO box and than the modem and router.
If you still have problems, get a tech out to check your signals and drop line. XUMOS are totally Internet signal deprendent and you would need a tech to come out to check your signals and lines if the equipment does not work after a reboot.
Satch
