Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community!
Firstly I have changed your username to not be your phone number as it is publicly available to be seen and we ask you not use any personally identifying information like that as a username. You are able to change it to something you prefer.
Secondly to activate Peacock and any other streaming service you get included with the TV service you would go to your online account here. After you sign into your online account go to the Manage TV/Streaming tab at the top. Then you would scroll down to the Peacock option and follow the steps.
