Unable to sign in on downloaded app

I downloaded the Spectrum TV app on my tablet. When I open the app and click on sign-in, the screen immediately goes to a purple leaf screen with no access to signing in. App has been uninstalled and reinstalled and the results are the same. The app works fine on my phone and another tablet. How can I sign in on this app?

Modem, router, tablet all rebooted. App is working on other devices.

I entered the website, the sign-in page appeared, but when I hit it the same purple leaf page appeared with no chance to sign in.

Can you test this on a network besides your home internet? If the issue persists, I'd recommend factory resetting the tablet.

I started by doing a reset. Then signed in and downloaded the Spectrum TV app. This time I was able to access the TV app. Thank you for your assistance in getting this to work.
