How to access Email

I set up a username per instructions, then log into spectrum.net but there is no email link to the right of page, what else do I have to do?

    To access your Spectrum email, navigate to the Spectrum website and sign in to your account. Then, locate the "Email" or "Webmail" link, typically found in the header or account dashboard, and click on it to access your inbox. If you're having trouble, ensure you're using the correct Spectrum username and password.

    Hi @garybly

    Just adding that we stopped offering email to new customers in June 2024. If you started your service in the past 12 months, email is not available. Let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks!

    Why did the agent I called tell me how to set it up? Why do you still have instructions on your site on how to set it up? I've been pulling my hair out thinking I was doing something wrong in the instructions, not happy :(

    New email can still be set up for those that already had it prior to June 2024, so instructions still remain for those existing customers with email access.
