New printer and I have loaded it on the network, however I cannot get any device(laptop, ipad or iphone) to recognize it. Have used PIN and IP address. Nothing seems to work? Is there an issue with this connectivity?

Good afternoon and welcome @rmiked56,
You may need to enabled UPnP within the router advanced settings menu. It currently appears disabled for yours, and can be changed using the My Spectrum App or logging into your account online. There's also settings for IP reservations and port forwarding if needed. The device manufacturer may be able to offer required settings to allow communication with your printer as well.
