Is Customer Service chat not working?

When I click on the "Chat with us" or Chat Now on this page, nothing happens.

I've confirmed that any adblocker or other extensions are disabled.

    Good afternoon! Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the chat feature on our website, I'm happy to help! I did just try myself and the chat feature is working for me. Are you using the My Spectrum app on a mobile device? Or are you on spectrum.net?
