How many modems/accounts are allowed at a single residential service address?

I may be moving to help some elderly family members, and they currently have the discounted internet (I think it's 25/5, but it might have been updated). This speed will be insufficient for my current job, which is remote. I also can't share a family network due to the company's cybersecurity policy.

If I move in with family, could I keep my account and have a new line run for my modem to keep my 600/25 speed and security that my employer requires? The house is a single-family residence. If not, I might need to seek another internet provider.

    Hi @taurolyon

Yes, more than one internet service can be installed in the home. For further information on this process, please reach out to our Sales team via phone at 1-855-707-7328.
