Spectrum TV app on Apple TV

Using the Spectrum app on Apple TV has gotten worse. Crashes about every 3rd time you access the Guide and change the channel. This is known and has not been fixed even though multiple updates have been released. Does anyone know of a better app? It happens on multiple Apple TV units but does not happen on Roku or my mobile phone.

Welcome to our community! There is a known issue with the Spectrum TV app crashing on some Apple TV devices. Our developers are working to isolate and resolve the issue, but at this time we haven't been given an estimate for when a patch with that fix will be rolled out.
