My spectrum app, under lines & devices, when I click on a "nickname" to edit, the edit never saves! This is aggravating me because this person is no longer a part of our family… When I call customer service they act like IDK wtf I'm talking about.

Have you only tried the My Spectrum app, or have you tried logging into your My Account also?
If that does not work, what is the device and name you want changed and what do you want the new name to be?
