Symmetrical internet

Hello,

My building had the equipment upgraded for the symmetrical internet speeds back in January. When do you think we would actually see the symmetrical speeds?

    I was able to find your account using your community forum login. I am not seeing your area was upgraded to symmetrical speeds. There is also no information currently as to when the service upgrades will take place.

    We may have upgraded some infrastructure in your area necessary for symmetrical speeds but there's still more to be done. Unfortunately we aren't expecting any additional areas to receive them for the next 6 months. You can check High Split - What is it and when is our Network Evolution coming to you? for updates.
