No Internet

I haven't had Internet for 5 days. I need help restoring my Internet connection.

Reviewing your connection, the provided modem is showing online and the provided router shows disconnected. Do you see a red light on the router or any light at all, or are you using your own router instead? If using our router and the light is red, check all connections between the modem and router for proper connection. If all is well, disconnect both devices fully and then reconnect after about 30 seconds. If there's still no connection, you can try a different ethernet cable, but may need to have a technician scheduled or at least exchange equipment at a store location. There could be an issue with either device, such as ethernet port, so if exchanging, I'd bring both with you. If you have no luck and want an appointment scheduled, we can set that up for the first available and then you can reschedule for any available time at spectrum.net or through the My Spectrum app.
