Xumo Buffering

Xumo buffering is terrible. The Xumo box is connected directly by Ethernet but still buffers constantly. Do have a fix or should switch back the cable box?

Welcome to the community, @nickbschubert ! I'm sorry for any frustration you're experiencing due to the issue with that Xumo. Are you seeing this issue on both of the Xumo boxes at the residence? Are you connecting through your own router?
