Unable to log in

I am using spectrum .net and can not get entered to the account in any way I try. I have been a customer for a long time and am not really great on the computer so what have I got to do to log into into my account? HELP!!!

    Good morning and welcome @dilwa295,

    Are you seeing any error when you attempt to log in? If you've forgotten the username or password, you can select the option under the username and password fields "Forgot Username or Password?" and fill out the requested account information to proceed from there.
