Router blue light is on, but still no internet connection, what now?

    Hello @Tomnakamoto;

    Welcome to the Community Forums. I can understand the frustration of the internet not working. I checked your modem and I am seeing a history of poor cable signals. This can cause your internet connection to be poor. Can you unplug the power and unscrew the cable line to the modem? Leave them unplugged for a minute. When you connect the cable line, make sure it is screwed in tightly. This may fix the poor cable signal problem. If you are still seeing problems after trying this then I would recommend we get a technician out to correct the cable signals. If you would like a service call then please provide your availability for a technician over the next couple days.
