username and password while traveling

I am traveling and trying to sign into my Spectrum account and It wasn't working I just reset my password to enter this site. is it the same to sign in on the TV?

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community!

    If you are using the app/website outside of the United States it won't work properly. This would work the same for the TV app.

    is the username and password the same as the one I used to sign on to this website or is it different because its not working. I'm in the US

    The username and password for the online account is the same for the Spectrum TV app/website.
