Can no longer make Wi-Fi calls on my cell.

Yesterday I had called and it was recommended I change my service to a less expensive internet service. Of course I was all about a bill being $10 less. Since then I have not been able to make Wi-Fi calls from my cell phone, the ability dropped off after the change. We do not get cell phone coverage in the area I live in so I desperately need to be able to get the Wi-Fi call ability. WHY DID IT STOP!!

    Good afternoon & welcome @Lindabish76,

To verify, you're not using our mobile service? Nothing about your change of service would impact the ability to use wifi calling with our internet service and router. You can try rebooting the internet equipment as well as your phone, or possibly disabling and re-enabling wifi calling, but would otherwise need to contact the mobile phone provider or device manufacturer for assistance with wifi calling.

Does your phone otherwise work on your wifi?

May need to forget the network and rejoin.
