Peacock subscription through Spectrum connection issue

I am subscribed to all the streaming apps via Spectrum offerings and am able to watch all with 1 exception. On all devices, EXCEPT for one, I can get Peacock. On that one device, I cannot connect via my internet provider nor my Spectrum sign in (as I do on the other devices). I did have access at one point, but ran into a cache problem on my LG tv. I was instructed via Peacock to uninstall and reinstall the Peacock app. I did that, as well as ALL of the other things I was told to do, to no avail. It still asks for Peacock sign in, but no option to connect via my internet provider. So I don't know what else to do.

    Hello @Kona49;

    Welcome to the Community Forums. The Spectrum login option should only have to be done once. It should register that you are a Spectrum subscriber and remember that for each login to any of the devices using the login. I would recommend you go to the Peacock website (https://www.peacocktv.com/) and register for a login. During that registration, it should give you an option to sign in with the Spectrum login. Once you have a profile created then you should be able to login with your LG TV.

    Thanks. On the Peacock site, it asks me which plan I want to purchase. There is no option for internet provider connection. And it's only a problem on 1 of my 4 tv's and 4 Apple devices. I already am using the Spectrum account for all these other devices. Thank you for your suggestion, though.

    Hi @Kona49

    If you visit this site, it should prompt you to log in with your Spectrum ID and then it should walk you through connecting your Spectrum account to your Peacock account or set one up if needed.

    Thanks. I did that process already to be able to use all the streaming apps via Spectrum. The problem is that I still cannot connect to Peacock on just 1 tv, that I was able to before. As instructed, previously, I uninstalled and re-installed the Peacock app on that tv to clear the cache. So, my problem connecting on that tv remains. Thanks.
