Excellent customer service

My wife and I visited our local Spectrum office in Cleveland, TN. to have her cell phone service transferred to our Spectrum account. There was quite a lengthy wait, but when it came our turn we were helped by Sales Specialist Shelby Knox. She did an excellent job of working through all the steps, explaining everything as she went. She was obviously very knowledgeable in what she was doing as her fingers travelled at a blazing speed accessing the needed information from my wife's phone. It appeared that they were short staffed on this particular day, but not only was she knowledgeable and got us "in and out" as quickly as she could, but she was very polite, pleasant and customer focused. She obviously enjoys her job! Thanks Shelby (and Spectrum) for a very good experience.
