How do I view my new bill online without going to my old one?

    Hello @262runner;

    Welcome to the Community Forums. Also your Spectrum identify will transfer to your new account when the new account was setup as an account transfer. It is possible that you are already logged into the correct account. If it is still showing the old information then select the log out option and log back in. You can go to the 3 dots on the corner of the app and select Sign out. Once you are signed out then you can log in with your account.
