High Split/Symmetrical Speeds in Kent - Portage County Ohio

I was wondering when the High Split was coming.ing to the Kent State University area as other providers are rolling out SYMMETRICAL speeds up to 2 Gbs.

I saw it was coming to Cincinnati but not in this area. Feel left in the waters waiting to be fished out.

    Information regarding services changes will be provided through the method of communication selected on your account. If you have not yet selected your communication preferences, you can do so by logging into your account via the online account management tool http://bit.ly/2gw7o59. Under the settings section of your account, click on notifications. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see:
    Manage how you receive important service-related messages like appointment reminders and outage alerts. Choose your preferred method, phone call, text message or email and click save.
