Security Shield blocks
I'm running a Raspberry Pi as my Plex server and everyday when I check the security shield it shows 27 blocked threats and 3 blocked threats my my iPad. I've changed the password on Plex but that didn't stop anything and I haven't changed anything on the iPad.

Hello There!
Twenty seven threats being blocked is a problem. Sometimes one or two might be blocked by the security shield from time to time if you have added a new device to your network and it might "question that device" before it finds out that it's OK.
I would recommend updating your devices and running a security/virus scan (full scan) to see what it finds. I would also recommend the free version of Malwarebytes that you download that and run a scan. You can bypass the real time protection paid version. Just have this on your systems and run it maybe once a month to get rid of malware. Don't use other registry cleaners or other tools that promise the moon. They don't deliver, and just slow down your system more!
However, malwarebytes is a great second line of defense against malware. If after the clean up this is still happening, a reinstall of your Operating System unfortunately may be your only option.
Here's the link for Malwarebytes. Get the free version and run a scan:
Here is a version of Malware Bytes for Macs/other Apple devices:

Plex Media Server is updated and I've changed my Plex password. I can't use Malware Bytes on Linux.

If it's blocking nothing but IP addresses that are of no obvious consequence to your workflow, forget about it. They'd presumably be potentially if not in fact malicious e.g. vulnerability probes et c.
P.S.: just curious what if any ports you may have open for port forwarding.

I agree with @HT_Greenfield,
You don't need to be a fanatic about checking your Security Shield in settings. I am a computer guy of over twenty five years, and I only go in to check if there is an issue. However, I would set everything software and hardware wise to auto-update. Check on that to give you peace of mind here and than you won't need to worry so much about security. Stay up to date, and the fact that the security shield is blocking are the most important things here.
If workflow is not affected you are fine, but please set your system, equipment, and software to auto update.
