RCD-1007 only on ABC World News Tonight With David Muir

We have Spectrum TV through ROKU. We are having problems recording one program on one station. When we record ABC World News Tonight With David Muir at 6:30 p.m. on WSYX-TV we often get an RCD-1007 error code, and we can't watch the recording. If it does record, very often, parts of the broadcast are condensed, jumping ahead 10-20 seconds at a time. A Spectrum tech came to the house and says everything is ok. We got the same error code last night. Couldn't watch the recording. What can we do?

    Hello @kurtnews;

    Welcome to the Community Forums. The error message you are receiving could be an issue with the Roku and usually a reboot of the Roku can help. It can also be related to the internet itself. I checked your modem and I am not seeing any obvious issue with it. This maybe why the technician could not find any issue to address. The issue could be with the WIFI itself. I ran an optimization on the router which may improve the performance of the WIFI. If these do not help then please reach back out to us.
