I’ve never posted on this site before, so I’m not 100% sure if I’m even in the right spot, but I just wanted to give a big thank you to James, who came out to fix my issues. I’ve had 4 visits total. The first two visits were by the same guy, he helped but the issue kept happening, third visit from a different guy, who straight up refused to fix the issue, said he wasn’t going to get under the house where my cable was ran, wanted to drill a whole new outlet into my bedroom and refused to run it from the same spot it was already in -where I wanted it to stay- and told me pretty much my way or the highway. Finally, fourth technician we get James, who not only was very friendly, very kind and polite, but was very honest. He took the time to figure out what was really wrong with my connection issues, he updated me along the way and let me know what he was doing every step of the way. I’m not one to post reviews, but I just really wanted to express my gratitude to James! He was wonderful!
