Delete Accidental Account

When I tried to login I entered my username/password and ended up with a new account. How can I delete it?

    What kind of account are you trying to delete? Is it for services, an online profile to access an account, or user here?

    The login for this site is connected to your Main Spectrum login. There can be only one main login to the Spectrum account. You can create secondary accounts on www.spectrum.net. If you were trying to access your main account and it created a new account then it indicates that you did not have a main account. If you recently moved and the login you were using was on a different address then the username you were trying to access may have no longer existed.
