DHCP Service with Router Model SBE1V1K

I am using the Spectrum Issued WIfi7 router model SBE1V1K.

I have DHCP enabled, and all devices on my network are getting the network configuration this way. Now, one machine was at 192.168.1.77, and I have several services running there. It's crucial that this stays the same, and reservation and port mappings stay the same. However, somehow the router forgot about this and gave the machine a new IP address. So I reconfigured and hardcoded 77 and rebooted, bit the machine and the router, and so we are back in business, except the router will not recognize that a 192.168.1.77 is on the network and won't allow me to make a reservation or map any ports to that IP. How can I enter such a reservation and port mapping, or make the router recognize that device, so I can make a reservation?

Thanks./
