Where is my equipment
explain to me why it is so difficult to get a hold of a human. I gotta talk to five different robots who don’t understand my question and give all this info including my blood type and driver’s license number and by the time I get to an actual human you’re tell me you don’t have none of that saved? When I call up the robot accesses my account and asks me questions and has me confirm all this mess before sending me to a person and they don’t have access to it?! Spectrum you sent me a box with a return label and nothing else. Where is my equipment?! What am I paying all this money every month for when this service don’t work half the time?! Keep upping my bill and ain’t even increasing the quality of service. Making empty promises and underdelivering every time.

Thank you for reaching out to us about the equipment you were expecting in the mail. I am seeing that the order is still being processed. It will most likely be completed on Monday.
