Buffering
channel 151 Hero’s & Icons has been almost unwatchable. It keeps buffering and freezing. I reported this a month ago and still not working. I was told other people are having the same problem. Please fix this !!!!

I can understand the frustration with the poor picture quality on the channel causing you to not be able to watch it. I tested the channel itself and I am not seeing any picture problems. The issue you are having may not be related to the channel but the internet connection itself. I reviewed the logs of the Spectrum TV app and confirm that it recorded several times when you had a poor internet connection. I ran some tests on the modem and I am not seeing any obvious problems. I would recommend when this occurs again then you should unplug the power to the modem for a minute so it resets the internet connection. If this continues to be a problem then I would recommend we get a technician out to investigate the internet connection.
