Can you tell me if the internet is down on Brannon Road, Bethel, OH?

    Hello @blank1955;

    Welcome to the Community Forums. I do apologize that our services were down for you today. There was a known issue earlier in the day but it is now resolved. I am currently not able to communicate with your modem. I am also showing that the cable signal has been lower today on the modem. Can you unplug the power and unscrew the cable line to the modem? Leave them unplugged for a minute. When you connect the cable line, make sure it is screwed in tightly. This may restore your internet connection. If it does not help then reach back out to us.
