Kudos to Destinee!!

I contacted Spectrum chat this evening and was assisted by the wonderful and talented Destinee. All of the channels in my package line up were missing after the self-installation of my replacement cable receiver. Destinee confirmed I needed inernet connection while activating the new equipment in order for everything to install correctly. I went on to mention that normally I have my cable and internet connected to my cable outlet via a splitter but lately have had to physically switch the coax connection to whichever service I was using in order to get a good signal. Destinee identified the issue of the intermittent inet connection to an old modem and router on my account that needed replacing. She ordered the new equipment and return kits for the modem, router and cable receiver. She was very thorough, upbeat and efficient. Five 🌟s to Destinee for stellar service. Thank you for diagnosing my long-standing equipment issue!!
