Employee Recognition - Reynaldo R @ Montclair Place, CA store

I'd like to shout out Reynaldo Romero at the Montclair, CA store for his stellar customer service. I previously visited his store to inquire about moving my mobile service to Spectrum and he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the available offers. He made it a point to make a personal connection and said to come by anytime and ask for him if I wanted to proceed. I stopped by a week later on 10/14/25 to make the transfer; he instantly remembered me and started the process as soon as he could. Rey was very creative in finding me the best deal for my internet plan combined with the mobile plan. The process went extremely smooth and he made sure I had his information for future business.

To Spectrum management, please recognize Rey as a model store specialist as he is very knowledgable about the product portfolio, makes the customer feel valued, ensures the customer gets the best deal possible and fosters a provider/client relationship that makes them want to come back and refer others.
