Long time customer here. Retired and kinda grumpy BUT, today went into the Long Beach bellflower location to return a Zumo box that was not working. I had an appointment and was served in a timely manner. MOST of the reps appeared to be new or in training coupled with a total system upgrade it made things a little hectic. The purpose of this message is to give kudos to Lee the location manager. Nothing but the best service from this man. He is the right person for the right job. Coaching his team with grace and expediency while tending to customers that need that little extra help. Sir Lee, you are the epitome of customer service. Always on time and always to the rescue. I've come to the location for many years and whenever there are issues ALL the managers at this location handle the situations with such professionalism and grace. THANKS AGAIN LEE!!!!!
