Why is my upload ping/latency so high?

For the past few weeks I have noticed my upload speed has been pretty bad. When I test it using buffer bloat, I get back upload pings of around 300-1000. I have tried pretty much every trouble shooting option that I could find. Reboots, etc. I am beginning to think this may be an issue with spectrum directly or a possible issue in the coax cables. Please let me know if you have any suggestions. My current hardware is the Netgear Nighthawk DOSCIS 3.1and Linksys Velop Pro 6E. I have researched and found that the LInksys does not have SQM settings unfortunately.

Again, please reach out if there are any suggestions you may have. Below, I have attached a recent speed test for reference.

    Hello @gijoejoefish;

    Welcome to the Community Forums. I can understand the frustration with the upload speeds being poor. I analyzed your modem and I am seeing a history of the cable signal dropping to poor levels. You can try unscrewing the cable line and screwing it back in tightly. This may correct the cable signal drops but if it does not then I would recommend a technician come out to investigate the issue.
