Pause live TV?

Is Spectrum going to add a pause live tv button? Please advise

    You would have the ability to pause live TV on the Spectrum TV app on Roku and Xumo devices.

    I have the app and Roku how does it work?

    @Joplin4141,

    When viewing live programming, press the "OK" button on the Roku remote to pause. Pressing it again will resume. You can pause for up to 30 minutes. Certain networks may not support this feature, or if viewed out of home.

    hmm I have tried most of the channels and none of them pause on the Roku?

    Good afternoon, @Joplin4141!

    If you want total pausing functionality you would need to subscribe to Spectrum DVR service with a standard DVR box from Spectrum. Or get a XUMO box from Spectrum and add Cloud DVR service. If you don't have that, the limitations that @Mo_S mentions above are in effect.
