Why does the grants pass store not have a dedicated worker for returns and pick-ups?

That idea Would be totally beneficial and make your customers happy. Or have a drop box for returns.

    Having this problem in grants pass Oregon. The store has terrible reviews because they opened up as a mobile phone service provider while providing a bunch of other services.
