Unbelievable customer service!!!

I just recently switched my phone carrier to Spectrum and I have never experienced better customer service over the phone.
Shout out to Darius @9B who patiently helped me understand the product and walked me through the process of switching carriers. His positive attitude was refreshing. Good job Spectrum for hiring Darius! Give that man a raise!!!
