Just got off the phone with spectrum. I wanted to drop this regarding an employee from CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS. His name is VINCE BOYD. He was EXTREMELY helpful and honestly made the entire experience enjoyable. No lie. Made a usually dreadful experience a pleasant walk in the park. Thank you VINCE BOYD. you sir are the man.
