Is there no way to give feedback for a technician?

Hello, I just wanted to know if there was a proper way to give feedback for technicians. I just wanted to say that Kevin is what a technician should be! We had a service call on 11/15/2025 (6PM-7PM), at Hamilton Avenue, in Columbus, Ohio. The service took a while but he made sure everything was done right. The guy before him just kind of walked around and looked at everything before telling me that something "must need to be done on the pole" and putting a note on the visit saying so, but never submitting the service order. I will say that he probably had other people in line and I definitely called them back a bit late (I had an alarm set, woke up and turned it off and something hit me like 15 minutes later). Kevin came and listened to what I had to say, told me what he was going to check and replaced or tuned whatever he thought was causing problems. He was in the living room, basement, backyard and on the pole being extremely thorough. Checking the speeds/connectivity at each stage too! Before he came here, our router was showing a solid red light at least once a week until I unplugged it and plugged it back in, the modem would just show up as disconnected in the app from time to time, the speeds were all over the place and would just randomly cut out from time to time, even on the ethernet. Any devices connected to Wi-Fi would lose connection every 5-15 minutes and come back after about 5 minutes. It's only been 3 days but good Lord, the internet is absolutely solid! None of those issues are occurring now and I even have ping that's the same number as the other players at my college, that's hours away, during eSports matches! Give Kevin a raise man, he was unbelievably kind, very informative, extra thorough and just went above and beyond. I'm very happy and just wish I could've sent this through some sort of appropriate channel.
