Is this the month my Cable Bill is going to increase?
All I know my cable bill has increased by 40.00 since 2023. Before it was Spectrum my bill was 183.00 when Spectrum took over the bill increased to over 300.00. So I call Spectrum Customer Service, they removed almost every premium channel (still a very basic package) and reduced my bill down to 211.00. Every month I was bitting my fingernails, is my bill going to increase this month. My bill today is 251.85. Please don’t call me with a lame excuse how you can’t help me. I am going to call my Congressperson. This madness has to stop. Spectrum Customers deserve stable pricing/bills!

Each statement you receive would list any promotional discounts you're receiving and their expiration dates. There is also notice listed once a promotion has expired. Outside changes due to promotional pricing expiration, when standard rates for service are adjusted, notice is provided ahead of the change on billing statements as well. If you need to make any changes to your service to reduce your monthly rate, please give us a call at 855-707-7328.
