Spectrum TV App not available for LG 55SM8600PUA TV?

My 2020 LG TV with WebOS 4.4 does not seem to support the Spectrum TV app which doesn't appear in the LG Content Store. Why is this, since everything I read says it is supported by WebOS greater than 3.0?

    Thanks for the reply, but I've already done the above and the Spectrum TV app is not listed when I search for it in the LG Content Store from my TV. I'm trying to determine if this is a mistake on the part of LG or if the information regarding the minimum WebOS level is incorrect.

    Per the link provided above - The Spectrum TV App is supported on LG TV model years from 2021-present.
