Get one login for multiple accounts

why won’t Spectrum upgrade the app to allow for just one login to see multiple accounts? I have Spectrum at two different addresses and need to login with different emails or phone numbers at each one. This is extremely annoying and difficult. It also limits how many addresses I can have Spectrum at without adding more email accounts. Seems like really poor thinking on Spectrums part. I can do it with any other utility or AT&T service so why not Spectrum!!!!!

    I have multiple Airbnb’s and would love to use Spectrum for all of them but this creates a nightmare to try to manage with a different login for each address

    I can understand the need to have a single login for our services. At this time our billing system is primarily based on the street address and not the individual. Our login system is based on the account number so it needs an individual login for each address. I will pass on your feedback to management about implementing a change to make a single login possible.
