My internet has been dying in and out constantly for over a month, I need it fixed.

My internet has been dying in and out constantly for over a month, I need it fixed.The tech came over and said he put in a report since it was a major issue in my whole area. That was 2 weeks ago. It is still happening and the twitter support team is trying to gaslight me that I have no issues. While I am constantly dropping out of discord calls, dcing constantly off my game and even got banned for it. My mothers tv stopped working cause it works from the internet and more. PLEASE stop pushing me away. I have put in multiple notices that they said they fowarded to the team yet nothing has been done and all I get now is "nothings wrong" as my internet was just off. It is a bigger issue than a simple check of my router.

    I'm sorry our internet service hasn't been consistent, I understand how frustrating that can be. I see where we spoke with you on Twitter and that we've submitted an escalation for the issue. I'd recommend scheduling another appointment with a technician for further testing and repairs. Please let us know if you'd like to schedule that.
